Things To Do

Paradise Valley and the sprawling lands surrounding it, offer a variety of activities - fun for the whole family.  Soak up the minerals while relaxing in the natural hot springs; or, cool off with a dip in the cool clear water of Chimney Damn. Hike any of the many beautiful trails and take a drive (or off-road vehicle) to the top of Hinkey Summit. There are plenty of places to hunt, fish, camp or simply relax. But, make sure you make it to the Saloon for one of their amazing family dinners - served on Saturday evenings.

Location

Located at the foot of the stunning Santa Rosa Mountains, Paradise Valley is an agricultural community and town that was established in 1863 when prospectors first arrived at the northern end of the valley. According to local legend, these prospectors gazed down upon the breathtaking valley and declared, "What a paradise!" Paradise lies 40 miles (or a 35-minute drive) North/Nort of Winnemucca, NV, and is considered a living ghost town, with a long-standing population of around residents.
